+set game nhunters is for command line when you start q2.
in the console you can use either;
set game nhunters
game nhunters
.....but! If you are going to run a server then you do not need either.

Which operating system are you using Linux or Windows? Use the right one..
If you do put both only the right one will be used
You must exec the nhserver config file when the server is started. Use the full command line mentioned in the readme.
Copy/Paste it if needed to a copy of your q2 icon.
